Everything is quoted in writing before it starts, and you always know what happens next.

    A proper conversation

    Tell us what the pictures or the site need to do. We will tell you honestly if we are right for it, and point you elsewhere if we are not.

  2. 02

    Recce and plan

    Flight permissions, weather windows, or a sitemap and a page-by-page plan. You get it in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Shoot or build

    One long evening on location, or three weeks at the bench. You see previews within 48 hours.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Edited files, a live site, logins and a walkthrough. Everything stays yours, including the hosting if you move on.

How the network works

Source4Supply sits between you and the specialists doing the work. We set the standard, check the credentials, hold the quote and stay on the job until handover.

Pilot vetting

Every pilot is checked before a job reaches them, then reviewed each year.

  • CAA Flyer ID and operator ID checked against both sides of the card
  • A2 CofC or GVC certificate on file, plus £5m public liability cover
  • Own aircraft and camera suited to stills, film or survey work
  • Postcode and travel radius verified, so quoted coverage is real
  • First jobs shadowed, and client feedback reviewed after each shoot

Builder standards

Web work goes to builders who hand over clean, portable sites, not rented pages.

  • Live sites reviewed for speed, mobile layout and accessibility before joining
  • Copy, photography direction and SEO basics included, not sold as extras
  • Full handover: files, domain, logins and a written walkthrough
  • No page-builder lock-in, and hosting can move with the client
  • One named builder owns each build from quote to launch

Matching and invoicing

You deal with Source4Supply, not a marketplace of strangers.

  • We read the brief, check airspace and scope, then name the specialist
  • One quote, one invoice and one point of contact for the whole job
  • Deposits and balances are held by Source4Supply, not passed around
  • If a match is wrong, we replace the specialist at no cost to you

Pilots register with their CAA card, postcode and travel radius. Builders join by showing live work we can test. Both are reviewed before a client ever sees them.

The network behind it

Hello, we are Source4Supply.

Hollis started flying commercially in 2019 to photograph a farm from an angle nobody could reach on foot. The website came next, because the photographs were too good for the site they were sitting on. Source4Supply grew from there into a network of pilots, builders and hosts.

We are an aggregator, not an agency. Each job goes to the pilot or builder who does it best, and you keep one point of contact from first email to handover. We only take on what the network can do well.

Before you ask

Fair questions

How far will you travel?
Anywhere in the UK. Travel is free within 40 miles of our Shropshire base, then 45p a mile. For longer trips we quote the travel up front, never as a surprise on the invoice.
How quickly can you fly?
Usually within two weeks, weather depending. Surveys and progress flights can be set up as a repeating booking so you do not have to chase us.
Do you need permission to fly near buildings?
Sometimes, yes. We handle the CAA and landowner permissions, and we will tell you before booking if a site is in restricted airspace.
What happens to my website if I leave?
You own the site and the domain. We export it, hand over the files and help point the domain somewhere new. No hostage hosting.
